Girlan - History

THE BUILDING
Modern technology within venerable walls

Since 1925 the Girlan Winery is located in the buildings of this typical wine-farm.

These old walls and the labyrinth of cellar arches house modern cellaring technologies and offer perfect storing conditions.

Steel tanks, large wood casks or small barrique barrels (made of oak): because of their different characteristics, we use specific maturation technique for each variety.

In 1990, a modernly equipped tasting room was opened, where you can choose and taste various wines in a relaxed atmosphere.
