Girlan
White Wines
Wine lovers can always tell when quality has taken precedence over quantity,
and when wine-making is dictated by tradition. The grapes for our Premium
range come from 40 - 80 year-old vines in absolutely the best sunniest
sites. Only fully ripe grapes which have enjoyed a long growing season
will do for our Premium range, and for this reason the harvest takes place
in late autumn.
Once the grapes have been pressed, our wine-maker concentrates all his
skill on transforming the juice into superior quality, noble, concentrated,
rich wines.
